Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • All transfer and private tour reservations are officially confirmed only upon your receipt of a confirmation email or message from the YourChauffeur team.

  • Free cancellation is guaranteed if requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a charge equal to 50% of the total fare.

  • In the event of a “no-show” (where the passenger does not appear at the pickup location without prior notice), the ride is considered canceled, and 100% of the fare will be charged.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash to the driver, credit/debit card (POS) inside the vehicle, or bank transfer prior to the journey.

Passenger Guidelines & Fleet

  • We proudly operate premium Nissan Primastar vans and a VW Tiguan; however, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle with one of equal or higher category in the rare event of unforeseen technical issues.

  • For the comfort and safety of all passengers, smoking (including electronic cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.

  • We are a pet-friendly service; however, all pets must be transported securely in their designated travel carriers.

  • Passengers are kindly expected to respect the premium interior of our vehicles; any intentional damage or extensive soiling may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

  • Special requests, such as child safety seats or excess luggage capacity, must be stated during the booking process to guarantee availability.
